Customer needs are met by personal, on the spot diagnosis and repair of computer problems. If repair is beyond what can be done on-sight, I take it to my home workshop where more complete tools, diagnostics and parts are available. This is especially important for systems and components still under manufacturer warranty. The uniqueness of this business is its on-sight, personalized service and assurance of customer satisfaction. All of this is given at minimal expense to the customer due to low overhead. I also give lessons on computer programs as needed
